Fill out registration form and you’ll be blogging seconds later!
That’s a good start you can do for free (just costs your time).
That’s how I started. Later I set up the blog system to run on my own server
(which demands quite a bit of knowledge how to run Internet services properly…)

I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own weblog and was curious what all is needed to get set up? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny?
