Where can you find 4G coverrage and a phone that works on that network? 4G services are just starting and there are not many phones. Even the 4G standardization is not fully ready yet.
Technically the data service and voice should work at the same at 3G network. Which phones properly support that I can’t say, and how you can browse and talk at the same time with normal phone is another question….
