Pinouts of some commercial VGA to TV converters RGB outputs

Averkey

Averkey series of VGA to TV converter have 15 pin output connector for RGB output (looks like VGA connector at least in AverKey 3). The following information is extracted from Averkey RGB-SCART cable wiring diagram by EP-Engineering Multimedia. I have written down the functions of the pins I can find out from the cable wiring diagram:
