Apple starts using Google data centers for iCloud | Apple | Geek.com

For the iPhone, if you take a look inside you’ll find a number of Samsung parts, and if you use iCloud, well that data is likely being stored on servers run by Microsoft (Azure), Amazon (AWS), and most recently Google. It has been revealed this week that Apple just signed a deal with Google to use the company’s cloud computing platform for iCloud and other undisclosed Apple services.
