I agree with you, but the fact is that the world is full of wankers who are too dumb and lazy to make a living with creative methods. They just would be laying on the streets being a fertile ground for bacteria and other germs instead, so until the death penalty is introduced for spamming offences, we just have to tolerate them (and beat the crap out of them when you see one).
