Those figures looks as an interresting reference. It seems that this device works with wide variety of devices, so I quess that those specifications could be used as a quite nice reference for building cellular phone chargers.
What is said here seems to match what I have looked at earlier from some Nokia cellular phone accessories:
My original Nokia 6150 charger (traditional transformer) said it has output specifications: 3.7V DC 355 mA
My table-top charger for the same phone model
(not original Nokia product) says that the charging current for the phone is: 9.0V DC around 500 mA
Some Nokia cellular phone battery powered pocket charger: Normal 9V battery seems to be directly wired to the output connector.
