Every choke coil is an inductor and its inductance value will be in the range of H. inductors can be constructed in practise by winding normal conductors over a core. It can be constructed in the same way as that of a choke.I just suggest a simple way to you.
We know that inductance L=Nxflux/I.
where N - the total number of turns
I - the current through the inductor
you are given with the value of inductance required and the current through the inductor can be obtained from the specification details. Assume the value of flux density (normally for choke it is assumed as 1.2wb/m^2, I don't know whether the same value can be used for your application). product of fluxdensity and area will give you the flux.
Now the total number of turns to be made will be
N = LxI/flux
Choose the conuctor for the given value of current density. Now wind the conductor on a former for the calculated number of turns. you will ge6t the inductor of specified value.
After winding it to check the value of inductance offered by it use a LCR meter.
