AN214 Audio Power Amp IC Datasheet Wanted

I have an old 15-watt audio power amplifier. I want to verify and modify the circuitry. The power amp IC used is an AN214 IC. I am not sure who manufactured this chip that is why I am having a hard time looking for thedatasheet and pin configuration of the IC.

Any help will be very much appreciated.
