Do anyone have a recommended circuit design (schematic) for a 500 to 1000 watt RF Induction Heater running anywhere from 500 KHz to 10 MHz? MOSFET devices are preferred with relatively low power supply voltages of up to 200 VDC. Application is for aluminum foil bottle cap sealing, to be accomplished manually or with low speed conveyor.
