It would appear after 3 hours of trying different outlets, and jacks, and cable it would appear,
that connect my Mac, to receiver, produces the hum.
not connected, no hum, switch to a different input like CD to Tape, the HUM follows the path.
Did lower it a bit by putting the receiver on different circuit.
Try Radio Shack isolator, made it worst.
Can anyone provide some help?
I am not using a sound card yet., just the line out jack from the mac to receiver.
