is it possible to read your SIM card PIN using a SIM Card reader?
My friends play with my phone PIN and we can't open it, I have no choice but to replaced it with a new SIM Card but I have a very important contact number on my lock SIM Card.

: : : : Can you please suggest me a Hardware -ie any Circuit to build a Sim Card Reader

: : : RE: Just curious, what legitimate use is there for a SIM Card reader?

: : I have seen advertisements for example commercial products to do the following legitime uses for SIM card readers:
: : - editing your phone number list on SIM card using your computer
: : - copying telephone numbers + SMS messages from old SIM card to a new one (for example service provided by some cellular phone shops for example when user wants to change phone operator)

: : Those uses come to my mind.

: I have two sim cards. One is from my old account and it has ALL my phone numbers in it but I've since closed that account and have a new account with a NEW sim card and another phone.

: Instead of manually entering every entry, I want to simply copy all the entries from my old deactivated SIM card to my new one.

: Very legitimate use. Not only that but if someone steals your phone and you have a backup of all this information, you can simply get a new card/phone and copy the information back in.

: These are all legitimate uses.
