ok, I have the same model (bought in germany) and I can't find any manual for it.
Two years ago it did go into dark black and white mode, we had it fixed but I can't find the receipt to tell you what was the exact problem (a condenser perhaps?).
Now if we shut it down (unplug it, turn it off etc..) It take a hell of a time to turn it on again and it stops shutting down on its own ( we leave it always on since then, the shop who serviced it is before is a bit too far now).
I have never seen such a picky TV, always have problems after a move... I think it is not as able to accept both German 240/50hz and North american 110/60 as advertized since all problems seem to be related to power supplies issue. If anybody can tell me where to get an electronic version of that manual it would be greatly appreciated.
(or maybee the equivalent US number for their service page)
