: I have seen advertisements for example commercial products to do the following legitime uses for SIM card readers:
: - editing your phone number list on SIM card using your computer
: - copying telephone numbers + SMS messages from old SIM card to a new one (for example service provided by some cellular phone shops for example when user wants to change phone operator)
: Those uses come to my mind.
