As of the power issue, I had the same problem and it is a capacitor that is causing you this problem. The capacitor that caused this problem was in the power supply area and it was a RE2, CE85C, 9031, 50v, 470mF. The bad capicator also caused a problem with a diode (Very small part in the proximity of the Capacitor). I'm having a TV shop looking up the problem with the color and I will post an update if I find out what the problem is.
