		<description><![CDATA[Cable capacitance matters most with high impedance connections thst are often at low signal levels (many microphones, turntable cartridge, electric guitar, many tube equipment). For high impedance circuits the inductance and resistance matters quite little for signal propagation. 
With somewhat lower impedance circuits (600 and 200 ohms) the effect of capacitance is so much smaller that you can easily run signals tens or even over hundred meters without it affecting audio too much.
For low impedance circuits like power amplifier to speaker normal cable capacitance effect is pretty small and resistance + inductance affect more. 
It is not the not power levels that affect, it is the circuit impedance level that dictates what cable properties matter most.]]></description>
