eViihde software from http://www.eviihde.com/eviihde/Etusivu.html
seem to do that is promises pretty well.

eViihde is the tool I use now to download stored programs from Elisa viihde service when I want to do that.

This new tool promises to allow you to download Elisa Viihde programs to your PC. I have not tested but is looks promising.

Elisa just changed the web interface of Elisa Viihde.
The download script does not work anymore with the new web interface
