Training operators to run cameras in studio production and OB trucks is often learned from someone within the group, and can therefore vary greatly in scope and thoroughness. Originally presented at NAB2014 in the Tektronix booth, this video is a condensed version of George Palmer's presentation "Multi-Camera TV Setup: Using Waveform Monitors to Assure Video Quality". This is a basic camera setup that any operator can perform and covers:

• A basic understanding of how digital cameras function.
• See a "from scratch" setup that applies to any camera.
• How to create consistent imagery.
• How to enhance your video quality using state-of-the-art waveform displays.
