Paikoissa joissa lukot on olleet useita vuosia, osa lukoista rasittavia ärtymystä ja kiroilua käyttäjille aiheuttavia, kun joutuu yrittämään avaamista useamman kerran. Askeleen tai kaksi huonompi usein käytössä kuin perinteinen lukko. Onko sitten vika lukon designissa vai ylläpidossa? Kun olis vähän paremmin tehty tuote, niin olis jo hyvä.
