Adding output capability to a 10€ logic analyser

I write some time ago about USBEE AX clone. tubbutec blog writer got the remark about the bidirectional driver gave and investigated this a little bit further. It turned out you can modify this logic analyzer pretty easily to provide output capabilities.

I successfully modified my logic analyzer based on those instructions. Things went well and it did not take long to make those modifications. It just took few soldering joints and cutting one trace on the circuit board.

When switch I added is open things work as normal logic analyzer (input mode). Switch closed turns the device to on output mode that allows generation of different signals and playback of captured signals. For information on software to do that read my USBEE AX clone article.
