Svideo to RGB conversion

Anyone has schematics for making one? The closest thing I could find is

But the input is YUV, and what I need is Y/C, and I can't reach the author. There's also

But it's far too complicated, and I don't need it to output it to a VGA monitor, but to a SCART Tv.

Anyone will to help?
