: : Hi Freinds,
: : Can any one of you please suggest me the Hardwares/Apparatus/Circuitry needed to view a Person's Heart Beats on a PC monitor. If this is Fesible what are the other things (Sofwares etc.) needed apart from a Computer for this to make possible.

: : Regards,

: : Nityanand.

: for monitoring heart beats you should know what would be changed at every beat.two manifests are perfusion and biopotentials, that respectively used in SpO2 devices(pulse Oximetery)and ECG(ElectroCardioGraph).
: First one uses IR diodes (transmitter and Receiver) almost at finger tip that IR light absorbtion would be changed with any beats.
: The second which is more difficult to make use AG-AgCl electrodes to record specefic places differential potentials.
: so I suggest you use the first one.you need IR diode, Amplifier,A2D and...
: Goodluck!
